I have always bought the all-natural sunscreens with physical sunblock ingredients (zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide), and no artificial fragrances or unnecessary chemicals -- e.g., Badger sunscreen, California Baby, UV Natural, etc. The downside of these sunscreens is that they generally tend to be very thick, fairly oily, and difficult to spread -- in some cases almost like a paste. (The one exception was the Weleda sunscreen, which had a beautiful texture and was nice for faces, but didn't seem to last as long.)
The Trukids is the first all-natural sunscreen we've found that offers serious protection and is genuinely easy to spread. It is somewhat liquidy, spreads quickly even on an impatient child, absorbs easily, and is not greasy. The scent is mild and pleasant (sort of a natural creamsicle scent). Tear free shampoo without nasty chemicals! This stuff smells great, despite not having all the 'fragrance' toxins in it. Product got sudsy, but not too much.

I like how this lotion makes my skin feel - not greasy, absorbs quickly and heals dry, cracked skin. It also has better ingredients than most other brands (no parabens, etc).
