I've been using this product for 3 weeks and it seem to be working! I eat with less food portions because I get my stomach filled quickly, and it seem that my belly fat is decreasing. It suppresses your appetite and decreases mood swings. Was worried there would be side effects, but none at all. I recommend this for weight loss, I'm very happy with the results!
