Organoderm Review

Organoderm is a organic line of skin care products, developed by Dr. Domanskis, a skin care expert and practicing plastic surgeon, and they kindly sent me a few products to sample! 

Organoderm does not use TOXIC or HARMFUL ingredients in their products. NO PARABENS, PHTALATES OR PERFUMES.  None of the products are tested on animals!

Organic Body Cream - ($29.00)

USDA certified organic. Obviously, scent perception is completely subjective. However, once I've plied myself with this stuff I keep sniffing my hands and hearing myself go "mmmmmm". Often, I love a product's scent initially, then come to hate it because of how it develops on the skin. I usually end up nauseous and frustrated with my purchase. This stuff I just found and LOVE. LOVE! Like a madness. It's also VERY creamy and soft but not gloopy or TOO heavy. I would say its too heavy for the summer though. I'm using it mostly at night on my hands when I can go a little crazy and put on too much just for the fun of it for the overnight. 

Organic Cleanser - ($26.00)

This is the best cleanser i have ever used. I used to love Eve Lom but found it expensive, and was also concerned about some of the ingredients. Recently decided to start using natural and organic products to avoid synthetic chemicals, preservatives and fragrances and happened across Organoderm. Their products are so indulgent, smell divine and have made a real difference to my spot prone skin. I used to think that using natural products meant using basic formulas but certainly not with these products. 

Organic Citrus Lip Balm - ($6.00)

- Smooth, and emollient-rich. Doesn't just sit on your lips.

- Stays for hours. Never have I had a lip balm last this long, not even La Roche Posay Ceralip!

- Makes your lips look amazing. I find this brings out the natural color in your lips, so that lipstick or gloss is not necessary. But that could be me.

- Twist tube. I hate having to dig my finger into a pot of lip balm. It always gets stuck behind my fingernail. Ick.

-Tube lasts forever. I take it everywhere and apply it at least once a day. I love how plump and smooth my lips feel.
