Basically this product is exactly what it looks like and claims to be... and in my experience highly effective in increasing my visibility in night running. So you like to run, walk the dog, bike or just play in traffic. Make sure to be safe when doing it (and consider not playing in traffic). Good quality. Highly recommend. Very simple to use. Just strap and go. Highly reflective and very comfortable. An inexpensive visibility tool.
