It is comfortable, keeps everything you put in it in place (provided you flip it as instructed by the manufacturer after you fill the pockets, so that the pocket side is next to your body), is easy to wash, and so far has been durable.  It has an inside key clasp that you can hook your keys to as well. Only downside that I've perceived so far: not waterproof. The contents will get wet if you sweat a lot.
