My dog had a very bumpy cracked nose, so I decided to try this. The can arrived dented, which makes getting the lid on and off a little bit of a task, since it doesn't sit properly now. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the balm is dry.... VERY DRY... almost impossible to get out of the jar. It took a considerable amount of time to get any noticeable product on my hand.
